For those who want to order a return of their forgotten item

You realize that you have forgotten an item in the hotel where you have been. Contact the hotel to make sure that the item has been found and is there.

Staff at the hotel will guide you to fetchit.se where you can order a return of your forgotten item via a form.

It is important that you fill out the form carefully. If the mobile number is incorrect, you will not know when your item will be available for collection at your delivery point, and there is a great risk that it will be left lying around, and after some time will be sent back to us.

Once you have completed your return order, and paid for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email.

On the next (non-holiday) weekday, PostNord will pick up the item at the hotel.

Whitin Sweden you will receive a notification via text message from PostNord when your item is available for collection at the selected delivery point.

For customers outside Sweden, you will get your parcel delivered to your door.

The service has been developed for transports both within Sweden and abroad.

The hotel will guide you to fetchit.se.

Click on Order return and search for the hotel in question. Fill in all the details carefully.

Enter your payment option, and select your pickup location.

You will receive an email with a confirmation that your order has been completed.

The hotel will pack your item and attach the address label to it.
On the next business day, PostNord will pick up the packaged item for transport.
