We will do our best to ensure that your items will be sent to you. The transportation will be carried out by Postnord AB and payment for those services will be to Klarna AB.

When you place your order, you have accepted these terms and conditions.

The service has been developed for transports both within Sweden and abroad.

Responsibility for the transportation

Our liability for the transportation is limited to the same responsibility as Postnord AB and in accordance with NSAB 2015 (General conditions of the Nordic association of freight forwarders 2015). The responsibility for Postnord you will find at postnord.se/en. NSAB 2015 you will find at transportforetagen.se.

As a customer you must first contact the place of pickup and make sure that the forgotten item still is in their custody. Then you order a pickup delivery here. We will take care of your order and see to it that the items will be picked up and delivered to you. Therefore, we need you to fill in the order form correctly. The items must be packaged in a correct manner and must be adapted to the content, protect the item, and carry normal transport. If a claim is made, you must save the original package.

Prohibited items

Referring to Postnord AB their condition will apply here. No illegal or dangerous goods are allowed to be sent with this service.

Size, weight and value of the parcel

The maximum measurement of the parcel is length 1,5 meter + circumference 3 meters. Maximum weight is 20 kilos. Maximum value is 10000 SEK per parcel.

Claim if the item is damaged or lost

If damage is discovered at arrival, you must make a claim to the transport company immediately. Then you will make a claim to us, info@fetchit.se. If the damage is discovered after unpacking of the parcel you must make a claim within 7 days. If not, there is a risk that your claim will be rejected.

If you don’t get the parcel, we ask you to e-mail us directly so we can act and, if possible, locate your lost parcel.

When contacting us you must refer to the parcels item id so we can find which parcel the problem concern.

Responsibility for the payment

Any damage due to problems with the payment service we have the same responsibility as Klarna AB klarna.com

Integrity policy

By making an order you accept that we will use your information in accordance with EU GDPR rules. The responsibility for personal information is Fetchit AB.

Dispute

Are you disappointed with our services, first we will try to find a solution between us. I f we don’t agree the dispute will be solved by Swedish law and Swedish national court.
